We don’t list prices for our services, and that’s intentional. Each client’s needs are different, and costs range by the amount of detail required and the time we need to take to complete it. We make sure that there are no “grey areas” by communicating with you about your project’s details, anticipated budget and more.

Great question! It depends entirely on the project, but we work hard to meet anticipated timelines. We’ll communicate with you through every step of the process.

Most types of projects, especially graphic design, video and audio-based projects, involve multiple drafts. We typically communicate with you once an initial draft is completed to ensure we’re hitting the mark and meeting your needs. We offer the opportunity for clarifications and requests throughout the project.

In most cases, we do require a 25-50% partially refundable deposit to secure our services. This is a common practice in the creative industry – sometimes minds change, budgets can’t be met or life just..happens! We ask for a deposit so that we can get started on your project right away.

The short answer is yes. As professionals, we expect our clients to put their trust in our experience, methods, and creativity. We’re putting significant time and drawing on our own creativity into making  particular design, stylistic and other choices throughout the design and editing process. 

With that said, we’ll also do our best to meet your needs. Since requests/changes require extra time and detail (and resources), it will be factored into the final cost when we’ve completed the project. For more details, feel free to contact us here!

Great question! We want you to walk away with a final product that represents you and your brand.

All of our projects are iterative, meaning that we’ll take steps throughout each project and revisit aspects as we learn more about your needs. Depending on the service we’re providing, this is how it typically works:

  1. Discovery Conversation – we’ll reach out to you after you fill out a contact form. We’ll articulate what your needs are, what services to provide and provide a quote. If you’re happy with everything, you’ll provide a deposit and we’ll discuss details including your must-haves, visions, target audiences, and other preferences.

  2. Drafting – We’ll get straight to work on creating a first draft and get in touch with you once it’s complete.

  3. Feedback Conversation – first drafts are a great opportunity for us to show you the direction we’re taking and provide feedback. We’ll take your feedback and incorporate it into the next draft.

  4. Second/Final Draft – we’ll get in touch with you once we’ve incorporated your feedback and polished your project. This is another opportunity for you to decide how you’re feeling about it – this could be the final stage, but there’s also room for minor adaptations at this stage.

  5. Final Product – at this stage, your product is ready and we can send you a final invoice for your services. If you have additional requests, this is the point where we’ll assess the additional time and costs involved and provide you an updated cost estimate. From there, we’ll work with you until you’re completely happy!

We don’t currently have a dedicated recording studio, but we have reputable contacts with high-quality recording facilities. If you’re looking for a recording space, get in touch with us and we’ll refer you!

We accept payments via PayPal and Interac E-Transfer. We also provide detailed, itemized invoices for our services.
